Complete Project Solutions is led by an experienced and highly qualified management team that is passionate about every project we undertake. The management team is supported by a dedicated group of staff, ensuring our customers receive the best communication and customer service possible.

As a qualified and experienced bricklayer, Andrew oversees our site operations team. He joined Complete Project Solutions as a partner in 2020, and his strong customer service ethic drives constant improvement in working practices.

Rob began his professional career as a bench joiner before later transitioning to site work and bespoke furniture installations. As a founding member of staff, he has been at the forefront of driving the business to where it is today. Rob’s keen eye for detail and strong customer service attitude have elevated him to the position of site manager.

Matthew has worked with Complete Project Solutions since 2020. With over 20 years of experience, he is responsible for overseeing structural and superstructural works. Matthew is committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining project schedules.

Marek Stupnicki

Head Carpenter

Marek, our head carpenter, joined us in 2023 and has expanded the team’s range of carpentry and cabinet-making skills. His ability to envision and construct bespoke items is second to none. With over 25 years of experience in all types of carpentry work, Marek specialises in kitchen installations and second-fix carpentry.

William joined Complete Project Solutions as an apprentice carpenter in 2020 and successfully completed his apprenticeship in 2023. He has established himself as a highly valued member of the team, consistently earning high praise from our customers for his polite and helpful manner.

Nathan joined Complete Project Solutions in 2021 as an apprentice bricklayer and successfully completed his apprenticeship in 2024. He has a fantastic work ethic and a strong desire to learn and improve, making him a very valued member of the Complete Project Solutions team.

Our Quality Team

Many of our staff joined the company as apprentices and, through support and career progression, are now fully qualified tradespeople working to the exceptional standards expected by Complete Project Solutions. We believe in creating a working environment where our staff can continually develop, and to that end, we offer extensive training to ensure we can consistently carry out work to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Providing Quality Service

We also maintain excellent working relationships with our preferred list of subcontractors, whom we view as a much-valued extension of Complete Project Solutions. These subcontractors adhere to the same high standards we demand as a company, enabling us to carry out a wide range of construction projects and services with our quality and vision assured.
